oil shortage

A lot of folks can't understand how we came to have an oil shortage here in our country.

Well, there's a very simple answer.

Nobody bothered to check the oil.

We just didn't know we were getting low.

The reason for that is purely geographical.

Westminster !!!

if each house hold was limited to just 2 cars then that would help . not like are asian friends that have 20 cars and big ones at that . that drive around at night in our town centres playing loud music and have there own driving rules
