Strange goings on!!!

Today, Friday 14th April I was playing on the Game Serve server and having a good time. On one map (Stalingrad) Madfreet reckoned there was an invisible player on cos strange things were happening. I have to say I thought he has finally lost it.

Howevfer, on the next Map, Gewitter, I started to have strange things happen as well. One time I got killed, which confirmed my suspicions, was when I was killed by Crimson Pirate. I knew where he was and my computer said that he killed me. Fine you would think? No!!! The console showed me killed by someone else. What is going on? or have I lost my marbles too??

I also seem to be experiencing problems with sending messages on the server (using the 'y' command). I type the message and when I send it, it doesnt go. Does anyone know if its the computer or summat else.

I would be interested in anyone's comments. Failing that, please recommend the white coats!!!!!!!!!!

CI is running and because of lag i have made some adjustments to see if it helps.

i used to have problems with invisible players like when peggy and hendy kept bashin me cept i couldnt see them---lol

i dont know if its some kinda custom mod skin etc that conflicts with mohaa but i used to have to leave the game and reenter ---most enoying-- but it return to normal so dont be accusin people just yet



try reinstalling mohaa again but dont dont forget to uninstall it first and from the registry :o :D

Interesting comments so far - PLEASE NOTE THAT i AM NOT ACCUSING ANYONE COS i DONT HAVE THE EVIDENCE!!! BE SURE THAT i WILL HAVE THE EVIDENCE BEOFRE A FINGER IS POINTED AT ANYONE.

Interesting point about lag Ange - I dont think I was suffering at first this afternoon. But lag could have caused the differing state of who killed me. I hadnt thought of that one - it could be the cause of some of the problems other players have been experiencing.

Thanks Inf for the gen on the 'y' command - was rather hoping you wouldnt suggest the re-install but may consider it as a last resort.

If you are experencing quite a lot of lag & the player who just killed you has a very good internet connection like Crimson (who has 10 meg Cable) & he kills you while you are in the lag zone. It is Possible for him to have killed you & moved on before you come out of the lag zone.

When we had our 2 v 2 match the other night just before Johnny turned up & we were warming up I could hear my SMG on your speakers through my headset after I had killed you on my pc !
Telling me I was getting a better return (ping) from the Uk*BoB server.

But there could also be a mod out there giving out a invisable skin.

see what can be done
Im also experimenting with settings on CI to try and minimise it Keen to get your feedback Log into Ventrillo if Im on Im nearly always on there
And I can adjust see if it helps
