ok might just be the beer but for hell of me i cant find the mic boost option as this seems to work better when i tick it although i would if i could find it

please help getting frustrated have went to sounds and settings and clicked tick for microphone but i could of swore there was an advanced on the mic that when u clicked u got the mic boost jobby ----it aint there :cry: argggggggggggggggggggggggggg!!!!

In the Options menu of the volume controls, make sure that 'Advanced Controls' has a tick next to it. That should give you an 'Advanced' button under your Mic settings.

it ok m8 sorted it now had it changes on the sound card --oops!!!!

k think i have the problem sorted for the headset and ventrillo --the settings on the vent server was set for 6 second delay lol no wonder when i talked i heard myself 3 days later--he he hope it sorted now !!!
